- Conduct user research and gather user requirements through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Analyze user behavior and identify pain points to improve product usability
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Development team to define product requirements
- Provide recommendations and innovative solutions based on research findings
- Ensure design consistency by applying design systems and UI/UX best practices
- Translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
- Support development team during implementation phase
- Document design processes, user journeys, and research findings
- Understand and follow SDLC and Agile development processes
- Ensure product usability and accessibility standards are met
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience for Middle level
- Minimum more than 5 years of experience for Senior level
- Minimum 1 year of experience as UI/UX Analyst & Researcher
- Familiar with banking flow/process is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to understand and analyze user needs
- Able to provide recommendations and innovative ideas for product improvement
- Knowledge of design systems and UI/UX best practices
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodology
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Familiar with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment is preferred
