- Create data items required in UI/UX and solve simple Change Requests (CR)
- Analyze root causes and propose solutions for problems
- Review incident and problem resolutions to ensure they are appropriate, comprehensive, and feasible
- Conduct incident and service request management, problem management, change, release, and deployment processes
- Support service improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (from a reputable university)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role
- Experience in the automotive or connected car industry is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall development methodologies
- Hands-on experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Software Testing, or UAT
- Experience in End-to-End Data Reconciliation, Concurrency & Latency Testing, and Regression Testing for analytics models
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
- Basic SQL skills and ability to perform queries
- Understanding of IT Services market & business is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and English proficiency (written & spoken)
