Data Analyst TIBCO  

We are looking for a Data Analyst with TIBCO experience to support data-driven decision making across the organization. The role focuses on analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards and reports using TIBCO analytics tools, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and transform data from multiple sources to support business and operational reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using TIBCO Spotfire / TIBCO Analytics.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze structured datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Support data integration and reporting pipelines in coordination with data engineering or IT teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
• Document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic to support transparency and auditability.

• Min 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a data-focused role.
• Hands-on experience using TIBCO Spotfire (or other TIBCO analytics tools) for dashboards and reporting.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, joins, aggregation, and analysis.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
• Solid understanding of data analysis concepts, metrics, and KPIs.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and understand reporting needs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
