- Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve or exceed the group annual sales target for the assigned territory.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and successfully execute major projects.
- Personal Sales Goals
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets by managing and growing key personal accounts.
- Team Collaboration and Project Mangement
- Partner with the technical team to ensure projects are profitable and meet or exceed target margins.
- Oversee and support the sales team's progress on ongoing projects, bids, and other sales activities.
- Operational Support
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of Sales Management experience
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
- Strong initiative in improving business processes and office operations.
