- Manage and organize legal documents and files, ensuring everything is easily accessible and up to date.
- Gather and summarize information for attorneys, providing them with the insights they need to build strong cases.
- Draft essential legal documents and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process.
- Handle scheduling and maintain case files, keeping everything on track and efficiently managed.
- File documents promptly and provide administrative support to attorneys, helping the team stay organized.
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting documents to support the legal team’s efforts.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in law, psychology, or related field.

We specialize in paralegal services that include drafting legal documents, legal research, client interviews, appointment setting, case monitoring and case management.
We also have administrative assistant roles with tasks that include inbound client maintenance calls, outbound service calls, maintenance ticket monitoring, rent roll maintenance and video surveillance review.
