- Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio, building trust with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Represent the client’s voice internally by communicating their goals and feedback to our Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with their evolving needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and manage successful service delivery, including contract negotiations and renewals.
- Take full ownership of client escalations and coordinate internal resources to resolve issues smoothly.
- Create and present strategic account plans to both management and the client.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Client/Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven experience or familiarity with the F&B, Retail, or Supply Chain Distribution sectors.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong ability to network and build rapport across various organizational levels.
- Skilled in contract negotiations, conflict resolution, and handling difficult conversations.
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle, financial metrics, and contract terms.
- Excellent time management with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
