- Manage the subcontractor billing process, including verifying invoices against work completed and contractual terms.
- Collaborate with Project Manager and other stakeholders to verify the completion of work and approve General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices.
- Maintain a well-organized and accessible record of General Contractor / Subcontractor invoices, contracts, change orders, and related documents.
- Continuously monitor project expenditures, comparing them to the budget and identifying any cost overruns or discrepancies.
- Analyze budget variances to understand the reasons behind cost overruns or savings.
- Maintain and organize project documents, including drawings, blueprints, specifications, contracts, and permits.
- Monitor progress against project timelines and assist in adjusting schedules as needed.
- Handles estimate, proposals, and quotation for value engineering works.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Civil Engineer preferably a licensed civil engineer.
- Proven at least 1-2 years of work experience as Office Engineer or similar role
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Resilient and target-oriented
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other applications required in creating and submitting reports as well as project management tools
- Willing to be assigned in San Pablo City, Laguna
