- Primary responsibilities to identify business opportunities and lead generation through cold calling, research and networking.
- Able to work on own initiative and be part of a team working towards sales objectives.
- Building and maintaining client relationships, keeping up to date with market activities and industry trends.
- Eager to learn and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending summits, reviewing trade publishions, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma and above.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Able to multi task proficient in Microsoft, internet and CRM reporting.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deal
- Experience in Architecture / Interior Design preferred.
