Mid Level Full Stack Developer  

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using Laravel (8 or latest) and React.js / Next.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices with Laravel API resources.
• Implement and manage Laravel Queues and AWS SQS for asynchronous processing.
• Integrate and maintain AWS services such as:
• S3 for storage
• RDS for relational databases
• Lambda for serverless functions
• Work with MySQL and non-relational databases like Firebase or MongoDB.
• Implement caching mechanisms using Redis or Memcached for improved performance.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure maintainable code quality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Perform testing (manual and automated) to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Integrate AI-driven features and third-party APIs (including payment gateways) into applications.
• Lead and mentor junior developers; ensure smooth collaboration across the development team.
• Maintain API documentation, and ensure accurate roles and permissions documentation.
• Use Git (Bitbucket or GitHub) for version control and collaborative development.
• Utilize tools like Postman for API testing and endpoint verification.

🧠 Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel (8 or latest) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Next.js).
• Good understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem — S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS.
• Experience with database design, data modeling, and query optimization in both SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud AI) is a plus.
• Python experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities — comfortable leading a small dev team.
