Senior Level Full Stack Developer  

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications using Laravel (8 or later) and React.js / Next.js.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring high performance, security, and maintainability using Laravel API Resources and best practices.
• Own and lead projects end-to-end — from technical planning and architecture to implementation, deployment, and post-release support.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, providing code reviews, technical feedback, and ongoing coaching to improve team performance and code quality.
• Provide technical leadership within the development team by setting coding standards, enforcing best practices, and driving continuous improvement.
• Design and manage asynchronous processing workflows using Laravel Queues and AWS SQS.
• Integrate and manage cloud infrastructure and services including:
• AWS S3 for file and asset storage
• AWS RDS for relational database management
• AWS Lambda for serverless workloads
• AWS DynamoDB (or willingness to learn) for scalable NoSQL use cases
• Implement and optimize search functionality using Typesense (or demonstrate willingness to learn and adopt it).
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases using MySQL and NoSQL solutions such as Firebase, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Implement caching strategies using Redis or Memcached to improve application performance and scalability.
• Integrate and maintain payment gateway solutions (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, local gateways), ensuring secure and reliable transaction flows.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure application stability, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate AI-powered features and third-party APIs, including AI services and external platforms.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date API documentation, technical documentation, and roles & permissions documentation.
• Use Git (GitHub or Bitbucket) for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
• Utilize tools such as Postman for API testing, validation, and debugging.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production environments.

🧠 Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency in Laravel (8 or latest) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Next.js).
• Good understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem — S3, Lambda, RDS, SQS.
• Experience with database design, data modeling, and query optimization in both SQL and NoSQL environments.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
• Experience integrating AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud AI) is a plus.
• Python experience is an advantage but not required.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities — comfortable leading a small dev team.
