- Develop content strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and transaction growth across digital platforms
- Create campaigns that encourage adoption of digital payment and digital services through various channels (social media, website, email, promotional materials).
- Develop performance-driven content with a focus on customer conversion and retention.
- Adapt brand voice and messaging to effectively reach different target audiences.
- Coordinate content execution for marketing campaigns across multiple digital media formats.
- Oversee external collaborations, including working with influencers, agency, or media partners when required.
- Work closely with internal divisions and teams to translate business goals into creative content assets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, social media management, or a related field.
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, digital payment, or consumer apps is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and content quality
- A portfolio demonstrating strong writing and content creation capabilities across various media formats.
