Polestrom is an infrastructure advisory firm primarily engaged in domestic and international project development and management consultancy services. ​It was formed by a group of financial, economic, and legal specialists who are experts in infrastructure development and public-private partnerships (PPPs), having worked for the government and in the private sector, both in the Philippines and in the broader Asia-Pacific region.
