This ensures consistent evaluation criteria and provides detailed analytics on every candidate, which can be used to support hiring decisions or calibrate expectations with hiring teams.
The platform has two main components: an interactive AI interview and an assessment grader. The AI interview asks candidates familiar questions about their past work experience, with responses given through voice. The assessment grader then analyzes the responses and calculates a Position Relevance Score (PRS), which measures how closely a candidate’s experience aligns with the role they’re applying for. PRS can be calculated for multiple roles without the need to re-interview the candidate.
