Job Summary

A career in our Oracle Supply Chain and Operations team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalise on business opportunities. We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics. As part of our supply chain and operations team, you will utilize Oracle applications to help our clients address a variety of strategic operations challenges and create sustainable change and continuous process improvement to maximise opportunities and create value throughout the enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 7 to 11 years’ experience in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Working Experience with Oracle SCM modules:

  • Inventory Management
  • Sourcing & Procurement
  • Order Management (Advanced Order Fulfillment & Order Orchestration and GOP)
  • Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning
  • Planning (Supply planning, Demand planning, Value chain planning)
  • Able to perform functional configuration and/or technical development
  • Has at least 3 full life cycle implementation using Oracle Cloud

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with consulting, designing, implementing and contributing as a functional team member on Oracle Supply Chain consulting engagements:

  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain processes - specifically, engineering design and the creation of supply chain master data;
  • Migrating Oracle Agile applications to Oracle Cloud PLM with the understanding of how Oracle Cloud SCM/PLM solutions replace Oracle Agile capabilities;
  • Integrating Oracle PLM created data (such as Material Master records, bills of material or BoMs, and routings or bills of process) with other Engineering and Operational applications;
  • Building PLM and Oracle Material Master, BoM and routing creation workflows and creating release strategies to control the release of the data to manufacturing;
  • Participating on proposal development efforts; and,
  • Identifying and addressing client needs by actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services;
  • Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents; and,
  • Balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.
  • Demonstrating proven extensive-level abilities and success as a team leader:
  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; and,
  • Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.

Additional Qualification:

  • Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
