Main Responsibilities E-Commerce Merchandising Planning:
• Analyze sales trends and support demand planning.
• Develop and manage merchandise plans to achieve business targets.
• Oversee inventory planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on commercial and promotional initiatives.
• Align execution across e-commerce platforms and related channels.
• Monitor business performance and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Fluent in English is a must (written & spoken)
• Strong analytical mindset with an interest in data analysis, trend identification, and opportunity/risk assessment.
• Comfortable with basic statistics and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Prominent level of computer literacy.
• Strong commercial awareness of market and customer dynamics.
