Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end ownership of one or more digital products.
- Develop and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and product goals.
- Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Make decisions during sprint planning and delivery processes.
- Ensure sprints are executed in alignment with the product’s direction and objectives.
- Perform backlog grooming and ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
- Maintain the quality of the team’s output and foster effective collaboration.
- Create and prioritize Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Proven experience with strong technical understanding (not limited to BA role).
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work under tight timelines.
- Available to start ASAP.
