The Role
As a Senior Sales & Account Growth, you will:
Drive new business development and unlock growth opportunities.
Manage and own client accounts – becoming their trusted partner.
Lead pitches & presentations with world-class storytelling.
Build long-term relationships and ensure client retention & upsell.
Collaborate with our strategists, creatives, and media buyers to deliver campaigns that win.
This is not just sales. This is client leadership + revenue growth combined.
What We’re Looking For:
Min 4 years in advertising / digital / media agencies.
Strong sales & account management track record.
Proven network across businesses
Excellent communicator (Bahasa & English).
Negotiator, relationship-builder, and growth-driven.
Ambitious, fearless, and ready to close big deals.
