Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager  

Job description :

• Oversee the company’s financial operations and maintain an accurate accounting system in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian Accounting Standards).

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records across all financial functions.

• Prepare monthly management reports and conduct financial analyses of the company’s performance.

• Conduct cost, profit, variance, and sales analyses for manufacturing operations and the Clinic.

• Review and monitor movements in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Purchase, Supply Chain and Inventory (Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Spare Parts), as well as Capital Expenditures.

• Manage cash flow to ensure efficient use of funds and adequate working capital.

• Handle mandatory filings, including annual financial audits, transfer pricing documentation, corporate taxes, and income tax returns.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (VAT, Income Tax, etc.) and manage the implementation of tax incentives.

• Coordinate with local authorities, customs, and relevant government agencies regarding licensing, goods imports, and compliance issues.

• Management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Be able to perform budgeting and forecasting for the company’s future business operations.

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as directed by Management.

• The scope of work includes all matters related to accounts at two locations (Bintaro and Pakubuwono)

• Give presentation to manajemen and give internal training within finance department

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from reputable university with min. GPA 3.7 out of 4.00

2. Candidates must hold professional certification as a Chartered Accountant of Indonesia (CAI).

3. Minimum of 5 to 10 years of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

4. Proficient in Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.

5. Possession of Brevet A & B (Tax Certification) and C is a plus.

6. Experience in handling audits, tax issues, and government reporting.

7. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

8. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

9. Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

10. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

11. Fluent in English; able to communicate with overseas offices through written and verbal communication.

12. Previous experience in a Hospital / Beauty and manufacturing or industrial company is preferred.
