- Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis, to identify user needs and pain points.
- Analyze and document user requirements, workflows, and usage patterns to support product development decisions.
- Evaluate and map current banking workflows and user journeys, ensuring proposed solutions align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into actionable insights and design improvements.
- Provide fresh, innovative, and data-backed recommendations to enhance user experience and product usability.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of Design Systems to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
- Prepare and deliver clear research reports, presentations, and UX documentation for stakeholders.
- Work closely with UI/UX teams in validating wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts through user testing.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Have at least 3 years of experience as an UI/UX
- Strong understanding of general banking workflows and processes.
- Proven ability to analyze user needs and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh, innovative ideas grounded in research insights.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of Design Systems.
- Ability to solve basic interface or design feasibility challenges using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
