- Design, implement, and maintain reliable IT infrastructure, Big Data, and cloud platforms.
- Monitor systems and applications, ensuring observability, performance, and capacity planning.
- Automate workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage incidents, preventive and corrective maintenance, patching, backups, and troubleshooting of infrastructure and Big Data platforms.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Big Data Platform, or Cloud Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in roles related to Reliability, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Strong competence in Monitoring & Observability, Automation, Cloud Platforms, Incident Management, and Capacity Planning.
- Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, patching, backup management, and troubleshooting of infrastructure and Big Data platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional IT and development teams.
