Job Description
- Understand root cause analysis approach
- Maintain project timeline with Agile / waterfall methodology depending project situation
- Maintain customer satisfaction on project deliverables quality
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Report Project Progress and Cost Tracking periodically
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience as Project Manager for IT projects
- Bachelor degree from Information Technology, Information System and Management
- Banking knowledge, Core Banking System Implementation
- Fluent in writing and conversation for English
- Fluent using microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
- Fluent in project management tools (Ms Project, JIRA, Teamwork, or similar)
- Strong background in one of area : Programming, Networking, IT Security, System Analysis
- Have training minimum one of kind : PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PROJECT+ Adaptive / predictive project management skill
- Proactive, strong communication skill, negotiation, decision making, confidence, decision making
- Able to do multi tasking activity
