Business Development Manager

Backed by 25 years and millions of data points on the Indonesian workforce, we help organisations understand, develop and plan for their people like never before.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to take that story to market — someone who can open doors, build relationships that last, and close deals that matter.

What You'll Do

— Identify and win new enterprise clients, from first conversation through signed contract.

— Build and actively manage a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline.

— Develop solution proposals, pricing and cost models that are sharp, accurate and client-ready.

— Lead contract negotiations and coordinate across teams so every deal lands cleanly from signature to handover.

— Track market trends and the competitive landscape, and shape strategy and priorities with our leadership team.

What You Bring

— 5+ years in B2B sales or account management; experience in IT or HR industries is an advantage.

— An exposure to HR tech, HR consulting, recruitment or employee assessment is helpful.

— Sharp communication and presentation skills — you can tell a technical story in a simple way.

— A closer's instinct: strong negotiation and problem-solving under pressure.
