- Mengelola dan mengimplementasikan project operasional dari planning hingga execution.
- Menyusun project timeline, resource planning, dan tracking progres secara berkala.
- Mendorong koordinasi lintas departemen (Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Procurement, Engineering).
- Monitoring daily operations dan mengeksekusi improvement untuk efisiensi proses.
- Mengembangkan SOP, workflow, dan KPI operasional sesuai standar perusahaan.
- Melakukan risk assessment dan mengeksekusi corrective action dengan cepat.
- Menyusun laporan proyek dan operasional secara ringkas, jelas, dan berbasis data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal 3-4 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam Project Management / Manufacturing / Operational Improvement.
- Pengalaman di industri manufaktur (Paint, Chemical, FMCG, atau industrial manufacturing lebih diutamakan).
- Mampu bekerja dengan deadline, target, dan ritme cepat.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership untuk mengarahkan tim dan mendorong accountability.
- Pemahaman terkait SOP, problem solving, serta continuous improvement.
- Fast learner, assertive communicator, dan bukan tipe yang harus diarahkan terus-menerus.
