Job Description
Job Desc:
- Read current un-updated business process in all dealership business process
- Do interview and discussion different member of each application support and subject matter expert per business area
- Re-write current business process into a complete but easy to manage
- Join session with Development Team to see the affected business process
- Re-writing is completed and do update everytime System Changes (CR / Project) are executed.
- Do research to create a functional specification tools like Wikipedia to store all this business process, functional specification information per system menu
Minimum Qualifications
Requirement:
- Having Experience minimum 2 years as a writer of business process management
- Familiar with common notation
- Very neat in documentation
- Having experience in Dealership or Distributor Business Process is more advantage
- Having experience to using tools of Document Management is more advantage
