- Mengelola fungsi finance sesuai kebijakan perusahaan dan regulasi yang berlaku
- Mengontrol budget, forecasting, dan cash flow perusahaan & proyek
- Melakukan analisis keuangan serta memberikan rekomendasi kepada manajemen
- Mengawasi AR, AP, dan cash management
- Memonitor kondisi finansial proyek dan risiko keuangan
- Berkolaborasi dengan project team dan departemen terkait
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau jurusan terkait
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang Finance (Konstruksi Bangunan)
- Menguasai Cash Flow, Budgeting, Laporan Keuangan, dan AR, AP
- Memahami sistem keuangan proyek konstruksi, termasuk termin dan progress billing
- Menguasai perpajakan perusahaan (PPN & PPh)
- Terbiasa menangani keuangan multi proyek/site
- Menguasai software akuntansi seperti Accurate, SAP, atau sejenisnya
