Marketing Strategy Planning, Developing and implementing monthly and annual marketing plans. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to determine the direction of promotional strategies and finding new clients. Maintaining good relationships with customers, including handling complaints and feedback. Preparing weekly/monthly reports on marketing activities and results. Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies and making necessary improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- D3/S1 from any majors
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing (human resources services or outsourcing)
- Confident, creative, and highly motivated to achieve targets
- Friendly and professional with strong presentation skills
