- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices implementation
- Implement clean architecture principles for maintainable and extensible systems
- Manage and optimize database performance (SQL & NoSQL)
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues in a timely manner
- Participate in system design discussions and technical decision-making
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience (4+ years) in software developer - Backend
- Experience Java, go and hopefully can be code rust programming
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiar with unit testing and clean architecture
- Experience with banking industry is a plus
- Can join ASAP
