- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test reports based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to identify and prevent potential issues.
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
- Perform API testing and validation using tools such as Postman.
- Identify, document, track, and follow up on bugs using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Designers to ensure product quality and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Participate in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support testing activities within CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test reports
- Experience with manual and automated testing
- Familiar with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium
- Experience working with API testing tools such as Postman
- Familiar with bug tracking and project management tools like Jira
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and testing in Agile development environments
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure product quality
Additional note:
- Can join ASAP
- Willing to work fully on-site in the Kuningan area, South Jakarta
- This position is a replacement role, with an initial 8-month contract that is extendable based on business needs and performance
- There is a possibility that the user may request an offline interview
