Job Descriptions :
- Actively develop new markets to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure the sales team achieves targets and contributes to business growth.
- Maintain positive and collaborative relationships with cross-departmental teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
- Regularly report sales performance and team progress.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Experience of at least 3 years as Sales Section Head or Sales SPV, in the label printing or packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of market characteristics and customer needs in Bali.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in handling custom projects from initial brief to final delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick to learn, adaptable, and target-oriented.
- Strong leadership.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Willing to work mobile if required.
- Preferably based in Bali.
