About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager responsible for leading and executing sales strategies for wooden door and aluminum products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships while providing professional product knowledge and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell wooden doors, aluminum products, and related accessories to individual and corporate clients.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide accurate product specifications, recommendations, and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and provide input for improving sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major; Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of building materials, wooden doors, or aluminum products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is advantage.
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
