Job Description
- Responsible for assesses training and development
- Develops training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain and improve job skills.
- Creates training procedure.
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development.
- Prepares and implements training budget, as well as maintains records and reports of expenses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. bachelor degree majoring in Pychology or Management.
- Experience in training and coaching min 2 years.
- Understand and able to manage Organizational Development such as Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, and Job Evaluation.
- Proven result or experience in Team Management and Development/Learning.
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is a plus point.
- Willing to be located or placed at Bandung (WFO).
- Age 22 - 30 years old are preferable
