Role & Functions:

• Lead and supervise daily mixing operations in line with production plans
• Manage team (Part Leaders & operators) to ensure smooth and safe execution
• Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, and safety standards
• Monitor production performance and resolve process issues
• Coordinate with QC, Warehouse, PPIC, and Maintenance for smooth operations
• Control material usage, minimize losses, and improve yield
• Handle troubleshooting and escalate major issues when needed
• Review production reports, batch records, and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost
• Develop team capability through coaching and training
• Implement 5S/5R, GMP/CPKB, and maintain safety & hygiene standards

We are seeking a hands-on leader to lead our mixing operations and ensure high-quality production in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Mixing Team Leader, you will be based in Ciracas, East Jakarta, and play a critical role in driving operational excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, or related field
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceuticals/cosmetics manufacturing (mixing/process area preferred)
3. Proven experience leading a team (30+ operators)
4. Strong understanding of mixing process, weighing system, and production flow
5. Familiar with GMP, ISO standards, and production documentation
