Quality Assurance Engineer  

Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for reviewing documents, content, implementing testing strategies to identify and resolve defects before our products reach the market and systems developed using different technologies and delivered across multiple devices, and detailed QA testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing features.
• Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and performance issues.
• Provide detailed analysis of all testing carried out on the environment ensuring all bugs, risks and issues are logged.
• End to end feature test execution.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand application functionality and requirements.
• Report and track defects using issue tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regression testing and participate in release cycles to ensure product quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Working with agile methodologies within scrum teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Total experience required 1+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (Minimum)
• High attention to detail.
• Have exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently under pressure, prioritise, can handle multiple projects and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to develop and deliver constructive feedback on documentation.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with performance/automation testing tools : JMeter, LoadRunner, karate, gatling, selenium, cucumber, katalon
• Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with mobile and website UI and UX testing.
