- Qualifications:
- • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on PMO roles.
- • Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects independently.
- • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- • Experience working with international teams and understanding of cultural nuances in communication. Preferred Experience:
- • Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
