Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management.
Ability to gather business requirements, define product roadmaps, and prioritize product backlogs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
