Requirements:
2.5+ years as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical thinking & problem solving
Requirement gathering & analysis
Proven experience in banking operations implementation
Strong knowledge of ATM replenishment and Branch Cash Management
Effective communication & stakeholder management (technical and business)
Gap analysis and root cause analysis
Experience in system implementation projects
Technical Skills: Business process mapping (flowcharts) — Draw io / Visio
BRD/FSD documentation
Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Test script analysis
Collaboration tools: Jira, ClickUp
Minimum Qualifications
