Educational Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Good English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required to communicate with local, regional, and head office teams.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an AS400 Programmer for the mid-level position.
More than 5 years of experience for the senior-level position.
Experience in system integration or system enhancement projects is a plus.
Experience in software development projects within the banking industry is a plus.
Required Skills
Strong proficiency in RPG programming language.
Strong experience in AS400 (IBM iSeries) development and operations.
Good understanding of database concepts, particularly DB2/SQL.
Experience in system integration and interface handling.
Preferred Skills
Experience with API integration, particularly REST and SOAP.
