Job Description
- Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Help customers to check for stock or options.
- Provide customers with information about natural stones.
- Ring up purchases.
- Elevate complaints to management.
- Keep track of inventory.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Achieve periodic sales targets by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience, in luxury brands will be a plus
- Highly self-motivated
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Flexible work hours.
- Basic mathematic skills.
- Prior experience in home and living is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Motivation to work through busy shifts.
- Personal interest in good interior design
- Neat and well groomed
