Job Description
- Maintain in developing good relationship between employers and employees
- Able to draft and review collective aggreement documents
- Participating in leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Assist in the formulation and revision of policies
- Assist with investigations and conduct grievance and disciplinaru assertions
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Statistics / Accounting / Mathematics
- At least 1-2 years exposure in HR Industrial Relation.
- Experienced in resolving industrial relations disputes
- Excellent data processing
- Strong knowledge of employment legislations, industrial relation, labor law
- Good communication and presentation skills;
