Finance, Accounting & Tax Executive  

PT Go Online Solusi is looking for a detail-obsessed Accounting & Tax Specialist to own our financial records. You will be responsible to manage reconciliation, timely month-end end closes, support audits, and ensure taxes are filed on time. You thrive on accuracy to keep the numbers right, and keeping our books clean, compliant, and audit ready.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Perform reconciliations with vendors, banks, or other stakeholders and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing schedules and analyses.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain well-organized, systematic filing systems for financial records, both physical and digital.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filings in compliance with relevant tax regulations to prevent penalties or compliance issues.
• Maintain organized and detailed documentations to support tax filings and potential audits requirements.
• Handle communication from tax authorities, addressing queries, and resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filing periods.
• Utilize accounting software and financial tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to record, track, and reconcile financial transactions
• Prepare documentation and respond to information requests from internal or external auditors.
• Stay updated with relevant government regulations and laws to ensure the company’s financial practices adhere to legal standards

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or tax roles, with strong
knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and financial management tools (e.g., QuickBooks,
SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
• Self-driven, able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax laws
