Procurement Officer  

Procurement staff will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials/services required for interior construction projects. This role ensures all purchases meet project specifications, budget, requirements, and delivery timelines while maintaining strong vendor relationships and accurate documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Source, request quotation (RFQ), and evaluate suppliers for materials & subcontractor services
• Perform price comparison, negotiation, and purchase order issuance
• Coordinate material delivery schedules with the project team to avoid delays
• Maintain and update procurement tracking, PR, PO, Delivery Orders, and invoice documents
• Ensure purchased materials meet the required quality and project specifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors
• Monitor market prices and provide cost-saving suggestions
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Support procurement planning for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Min. S1 in Business Management, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Experience in procurement (preferably in interior construction or building materials) min 1 - max 3 years
• Knowledge of interior materials; wood, metal, hardware, finishing, MEP components (is a plus)
• Have good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requests at once
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Able to work on weekends or public holiday
