Interior Site Supervisor  

The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management and control of interior project works at site, ensuring the project is executed safely, on schedule, and according to design specifications and quality standards. This role acts as the main coordinator between subcontractors, vendors, and the internal project team to ensure smooth project progress and timely problem-solving on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activites, work progress, manpower, and work sequence on site
• Ensure all work is executed according to drawings, material specifications, and approved method statements
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders regarding schedule, issues, and required solutions
• Perform daily reporting including photo documentation, progress updates, and site diaries

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience as Site Supervisor in Interior fit-out projects
• Able to read and interpret shop drawings, detail drawings, and MEP coordination drawings
• Understanding of MEP interface (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) in interior projects
• Skilled in site measurements, progress monitoring, and worksmanship quality control
• Able to prepare and review daily reports & progress reports
• Have own transportation and willing to travel to various sites
• Have knowledge on basic Auto CAD reading
