- Develop and execute area sales strategy in the coverage area
- Seeking new potential distributors
- Manage and grow distributor & channel networks
- Analyze market potential & competitor activities
- Lead and coach area sales team
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 3 years experiences in the automotive industry preferably Tire, Lubricant and battery. (Mandatory)
- Experience and Aggresive doing Expansion new Area, Experience onborad new distributor (Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of distributor management
- Target-oriented, strong leadership & communication skills
- Willing to travel & has a valid driver’s license (SIM A)
- Placement: Semarang (Jateng Area)
