Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fleet sales, B2B sales, automotive, or lubricant sales, with supervisory or team leadership exposure.

Strong understanding of the automotive industry, fleet operations, and lubricant products.

Solid business acumen with proven ability in sales planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships with corporate customers.

Experience in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and business presentations for management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills with a strong results-oriented mindset.
Minimum Qualifications

Lead and manage sales activities for vehicles and lubricant products within the fleet (B2B) segment to ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Develop, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with key fleet customers while identifying new business opportunities.

Formulate sales strategies, account plans, and commercial proposals in line with customer needs and company policies.

Conduct commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and coordinate tender processes with fleet customers.

Monitor and evaluate sales performance, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales realization on a regular basis.

Coordinate closely with cross-functional internal teams (after-sales, technical, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth sales execution and customer satisfaction.

Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance principles.
