- Develop and plan digital marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, design, and product) to ensure campaign materials and messaging are aligned.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools and key marketing metrics.
- Optimize campaign effectiveness through data-driven strategies, A/B testing, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and control campaign budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of marketing spend.
- Prepare performance reports and provide insights to support marketing strategy and future campaign planning.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing or digital campaigns

Hands-on experience with paid ads platforms

Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics

Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM)

Strong analytical thinking with experience in campaign optimization & A/B testing

Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
