- Manage and grow sales of PCMO (Passenger Car Motor Oil) products
- Conduct regular visits, canvassing, and expand customer base (workshops, distributors, retailers)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and monitor area performance
- Identify market opportunities and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and field activity updates
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field
- Sales experience preferred (lubricant/automotive is a plus)
- Own a personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C (driver’s license)
- Able to communicate in English (minimum passive proficiency)
- Familiar with Central & North Jakarta area
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and target-driven mindset
- Willing to work in a mobile/field-based role
