Manage assigned Strategic Business Units (SBUs) by serving as the primary point of contact for business operations, campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination
Develop and execute commercial, loyalty, and marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, retention, and sales growth across online and offline channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders while identifying opportunities to achieve business objectives
Analyze business and campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and recommend strategic initiatives to improve business results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Campaign, Marketing, Operations, CRM, Creative, Analytics, and Product) to ensure successful campaign planning and execution
Monitor campaign delivery to ensure timely execution, budget compliance, and achievement of business KPIs
Lead regular business reviews with SBUs, evaluate performance, and develop action plans to optimize growth and customer engagement
Supervise and coach Account Executives to achieve team objectives and deliver high-quality business support
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of professional working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or similar role within Business Development, Commercial, Account Management, Category Management, or Retail industry.
- Proven experience in managing business portfolios, strategic accounts, or business units with responsibility for achieving business growth and performance targets.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills with a demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, pitch solutions, and close commercial agreements.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop business plans, identify market opportunities, and execute initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance, market trends, and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Good understanding of sales, marketing, and commercial strategies, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and driving team performance to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, for business analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
