Who we're looking for

You are a strong construction professional who combines technical depth with leadership and commercial awareness.
You likely have:
- 7–10+ years of experience delivering construction or development projects.
- Strong hands-on experience managing contractors and complex site activities.
- A solid understanding of Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP coordination.
- The ability to read drawings and identify technical, quality and constructability issues.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, luxury villas or other premium developments.
- The confidence to make decisions and challenge contractors when something is not right.
- A practical, ownership-driven mindset and a strong focus on results.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and working English.

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on Head of Development Project to join one of Bali’s leading developers and take a key role in delivering a major 44-hectare destination development.

Your first focus will be a high-end boutique hotel project, where premium design, high-quality finishes and strong execution matter.
But this role is bigger than one project.

The Opportunity
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit in meetings and simply review reports.

We are looking for someone who wants to own the project, understand what is happening on site, make decisions, challenge contractors and turn plans into real, measurable progress.
You will work closely with senior management, consultants, contractors and project teams to drive the development from construction through completion and handover.

What you'll lead
- Drive construction delivery and day-to-day project execution.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
- Keep progress on track and take action when delays or problems arise.
- Coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and finishing works.
- Identify technical issues, clashes and constructability risks before they become costly problems.
- Maintain high standards of quality, workmanship and site execution.
- Challenge poor contractor performance and ensure commitments are delivered.
- Work closely with Commercial, QS and Procurement teams on project requirements and cost implications.
- Lead problem-solving, inspections, corrective works and handover.
