Job Description
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
- In charge for employee engagement and training
- Liasing with all departments in company to identify their needs and challenge
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Minimum Qualifications
1. Minimum 3 years experience in HRBP
2. Educational background in Psychology
3. Experienced in Talent management and Organization Development
4. Ability to analysis and arrange program
5. Benefit brench mark
6. Detail oriented, strong attention, and capability to multi task
7. Highly motivated, energetic, positive attitude and quick learner
8. Familiar in IT industry would be advantage
