- Mengelola pemenuhan regulasi lingkungan perusahaan, termasuk penyusunan dan pembaruan dokumen AMDAL, UKL-UPL, RKL-RPL, pertek, dan perizinan lingkungan lainnya.
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan kinerja lingkungan kepada instansi terkait (DLH, KLHK, OSS RBA).
- Melakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi terhadap kualitas lingkungan: air, udara, limbah B3/non-B3, kebisingan, dan parameter lainnya.
- Mengkoordinasikan pengujian laboratorium eksternal dan memastikan kesesuaian hasil dengan baku mutu.
- Mengelola dan memantau semua proses perizinan lingkungan perusahaan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah, konsultan, dan pihak eksternal terkait pemenuhan dokumen dan inspeksi.
- Mendukung kegiatan audit lingkungan internal/eksternal dan memastikan dokumentasi selalu siap audit.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, environmental permitting, or environmental documentation management.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental regulations and permitting processes
- Experience in preparing and managing environmental documents
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with regulators
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in mineral processing, smelter, or mining industries is an advantage.
